Customer service procedure

WESTTEX Group LTD. is a technical design, construction and equipment manufacturing company specializing in the manufacture, sale and technical installation of specialized equipment. We do not carry out retail trade, so all the equipment we sell and the services we provide are carried out only according to individual projects and orders. We do not have price lists with which to offer commercial offers to those interested. If the interested parties (customers) do not provide a detailed assessment of technical conditions and possibilities, we provide only indicative prices of our equipment, technological lines or services, which must be adjusted later. We evaluate each request individually and prepare suggestions only after a thorough understanding of the technical tasks and the technical possibilities available to the interested party.

We carefully analyze each individual order or project and, only after making sure that the equipment is suitable for the conditions or the reality of the implementation of the entire project, we continue to communicate constructively with the interested party (customer).

We are sorry, but since we are not engaged in the retail sale of consumer goods, all services to interested parties (customers) are provided only in accordance with the internal rules and conditions of the company. This general procedure of the company applies to both interested parties and existing customers, except in cases when issues related to the modernization of existing equipment or production lines are being resolved. The implemented customer service procedure provides a higher level of service and saves valuable time for all parties, and all service procedures are based on business terminology and concepts that are an integral part of our company's activities.

Key concepts and terms:

  2. A client - is a legal entity or an individual who has already purchased equipment and/or a service, and has made a payment for it.
  3. A product - is a device or equipment that an interested party (customer) wants to buy or is buying.
  4. Service - it is intellectual and/or physical work performed to create or produce a specific product.
  5. A feasibility study (feasibility study) - is a technical and economic assessment of a planned project, taking into account technical tasks and existing conditions, performing calculations of parameters, capabilities, costs and productivity of equipment or a technological line.
  6. A commercial offer - is a form of a business offer, when technical specifications and prices for equipment, products or services are provided, indicating the terms of the transaction and other additional information.
  7. Estimate - is calculation of the price of installation of equipment and/or works, taking into account the prices of equipment, additional materials and additional costs.
  8. Preliminary contract - is a form of contract that is not final and is revised and updating during design.
  9. Technical design - preparation and design of technical, production, construction and complex drawings and technical documentation.
  10. The final contract - is a form of contract that was supplemented and updated during design by evaluating the supplemented updated estimate.

  14. Training - is the training of technical, production and service personnel in the use of certain equipment or technological line and its proper maintenance during production and repair.
  15. Support - is the consultation of interested persons, technical advice to customers, technical support to customers and the provision of warranty and post-warranty service. Familiarization of existing customers with innovations and the possibilities of their application.

Using the existing internal order of the company, the sequence of implementation of the projects proposed by us is divided into separate stages. This optimizes the work and ensures high quality control at all stages of implementation. This also reduces the financial burden on the customer and guarantees timely payment for services and equipment. This procedure applies only to integrated solutions and does not apply to the sale of individual equipment.

The sequence of implementation of complex solutions:

  1. Determination of the type of technological line and completeness.
  2. Production of a feasibility study (FS).
  3. Production of a commercial offer.
  4. Production of preliminary estimates.
  5. Conclusion of a preliminary agreement.
  6. Preliminary design.
  7. Clarification of the estimate (if there are changes and updates).
  8. Approval of the estimate under the specified technical conditions and requirements.
  9. Conclusion of the final contract.
  10. Basic design.
  11. Updating the estimate during and after the main design.
  12. Approval of the updated estimate.
  13. Conclusion of additional contracts if there is such a need.
  14. Step-by-step delivery and installation of technological equipment.
  15. Commissioning works.
  16. Trial start of production.

Protection of intellectual property

As in any business, we face the same problems. Probably the most important issue for companies engaged in creative, production and trading activities is the protection of intellectual property and trade secrets. Many measures have been tested for a long period of time, but not always and not all of them have proved effective and efficient. Our activities, as well as the activities of many companies engaged in similar activities, often face so-called industrial espionage or simply an attempt to find out commercial secrets about technological and production solutions. Some companies try to protect their works and products with patents from such unscrupulous competitors or overly curious interested legal entities and/or individuals, but we take a slightly different position. Patents restrict competition and freedom of creativity and at the same time do not guarantee the protection of intellectual property, since the latter are freely available in patent registries and, most importantly, that plagiarism, when making changes, loses the advantages of intellectual property protection. We have abandoned this model of intellectual property protection and introduced purely technical measures and updated corporate administration and customer service procedures. The new procedure and rules for interested persons and customers, which came into force on 02.01.2017, not only ensure the company's intellectual property, but also protect our business partners, as well as customers from unfair activities of legal entities and individuals.

For maximum efficiency, substantial changes and additions to the service rules are followed, which include WESTTEX Group LTD. protection of intellectual property and its customers, both intellectual property and investment. The main points of the established procedure are divided into two parts - "company" and "customer" protection.

Company

The main rules of the "company's" intellectual property protection:

  1. Anyone interested in purchasing the entire sugar production technology line is given the opportunity to independently choose the most suitable solution using specialized calculators, which can be accessed using the links "CHOOSE A FACTORY" in the main window of the website or in the "Search for the best solution" section of the main menu.
  2. We provide commercial and/or technical information to interested persons and potential customers for only one specific solution, rather than a list of prices and specifications for several different production capacities, allowing you to choose the "best" option.
  3. We submit commercial proposals only in accordance with a specific target technical task and only after making calculations for a feasibility study.
  4. We do not publish or send photos of employees and staff.
  5. We do not provide personal contact information of employees unless it is necessary to provide support to the target interested party.
  6. We do not publish or send detailed descriptions and explanations of technological solutions.
  7. We do not publish or send technological drawings and diagrams.
  8. All information that does not have the status of trade secret is publicly published on the company's website.
  9. Information about partners and suppliers is not provided unless it is publicly published on the company's website.
  10. We do not doubt the prices offered by our competitors and we will not challenge them, but we will never go to auction, and we will not look for or offer a cheaper solution than our equipment or technologies are worth, since each product has its own level of buyers.
  11. We always try to get to know a person and/or a company as best as possible, so we always check information about them and try to find out as much as possible about them.
  12. We do not participate in multi-level tenders as a second-and lower-level contractor, and in this case we do not provide any technical or commercial information.
  13. We include interested and legal persons who are unscrupulous, unreliable or under the guise of other natural (legal) persons and who provide false personal and/or legal information in the list of undesirable persons - the "black list".

In accordance with the customer data protection and confidentiality rules approved on 06.01.2017, and in order to protect them and their investments from possible industrial espionage, as well as from illegal use of their data, we apply the latter to all natural and legal entities.

Customers

Basic rules of confidentiality and protection of "clients":

  1. Customer information is a trade secret and is not disclosed to third parties.
  2. We do not provide photo and/or video material about the implemented projects without the written consent of the clients.
  3. All customer information (data) is provided only with their written consent.
  4. We do not provide information about potential customers and tenders in which we participate.
  5. We will never offer an identical project to the realized one, because each project is individual.

Attention:These rules and the procedure provided apply to all natural and legal persons, without exceptional conditions or exceptions. Respecting our customers, partners and suppliers, and following a coordinated and established procedure between our customers and ourselves, we take the protection of intellectual property and trade secrets to a new level by preventing unfair competition. All those who wish and seek mutually beneficial cooperation are kindly requested to adhere to these guidelines.
