Project approval

Technical design
Each project is individual. As each project is unique, the design work is carried out exactly according to the technical conditions provided by the customer. Each project consists of two parts - construction and technological.
Equipment manufacturing
All technological equipment is manufactured according to an individual technical project in the European Union and the United States of America. Only high-quality materials and components are used in production.
Supply of equipment
During the implementation of the project, the equipment is supplied in separate stages. Delivery in individual stages guarantees lower costs and on-time delivery. We follow the route of the cargo movement and control the delivery process, so the cargo always arrives on time.
Construction process
The construction process is divided into separate stages, which allows optimizing the construction process and ensuring the high quality of installation work. The entire work process is controlled by our and the customer's technical control inspectors.
Staff training
Specialists are introduced to the technological equipment during the final stages of installation, and the staff formed by the customer participates in all test start-ups. We offer our engineers and technologists for training, who train existing specialists during production.
Timely completion of works
All document preparation, design, production, supply, installation and commissioning processes are precisely planned and controlled. Due to accurate workflow planning, projects are implemented on time.

Various metal products
We make 2D and 3D drawings, according to which a wide range of metal products is made. Many years of experience and highly qualified locksmiths and welders produce metal products from both ferrous metals and stainless steel. For welding work, we use only Lincoln Electric and ESAB welding equipment, as well as certified materials. We check the seams of most products with ultrasound, which guarantees the quality and durability of the products. The blanks of the products are made using high-pressure water jet cutting, plasma and laser cutting. This allows you to achieve very high accuracy and maintain the aesthetic appearance of the products. This activity allows us to remain competitive, as it reduces dependence on contractors and allows us to control the entire process of production and project implementation. For the implementation of projects, our company also produces a wide range of various conveyors, valves, flow distributors and other necessary equipment and mounting components.

Production of automation systems
At present, automation of production processes is inseparable from most areas of industry and production. Some see this as a means of reducing jobs, while others see it as a modernization and optimization of production. We started our activity in 1993 and noticed that it is impossible to achieve high production volumes and quality standards without technological innovations. Yes, automation of production reduces the need for workers, but at the same time helps to avoid human mistakes and requires more highly qualified personnel. Sugar production is a very complex process, so this area of the food industry inevitably requires very precise control of the production process. Regardless of the raw materials used, whether it is sugar beet, raw sugar or molasses, the production process itself is still very complex.
From the acceptance of raw materials in the case of sugar beet to raw sugar and molasses, a large number of equipment is still involved in production, which also requires appropriate personnel. Some believe that to optimize production, it is enough to implement an integrated SCADA production visualization program, and this will ensure maximum automation of production. Unfortunately, visualization programs only provide an idea of the state of the equipment and visually displays the parameters involved in the production process. In this case, a sufficient number of personnel is still needed to be able to manage the process itself. Our goal and activity is to make this process as independent as possible, to minimize the need for human resources, which in most cases contribute to errors and failures in production. Our comprehensive production automation solutions include raw material acceptance, primary processing, secondary processing of raw materials, the crystallization process and even the packaging of finished products. Due to the control of the entire production process, the required number of personnel is significantly reduced, and the equipment performs many functions independently. Since we design all the main equipment ourselves, it is much easier to perform automation work.

A properly selected management model allows you to reduce 25-40% of the usually necessary personnel, and the actual production volumes increase to the established theoretical productivity of the plant. As a rule, the production efficiency of most sugar factories is only 70-80% of what was provided for when designing a sugar factory. These are losses that are directly affected by the human factor.
