Sugar factory

The field of activity and the special desire for improvement led us to establish very close relations with research institutes of the agricultural and food industries, and these relations have only strengthened over the years, which has become an integral part of our activities. All the technologies that we develop and offer are based on scientific and practical tests. The growing global demand for sugar and, in particular, outdated technologies used for decades have led to the search for solutions that make sugar production easier and more efficient.

Working with the best institutes, universities and laboratories, we have achieved the long-awaited result. Over the course of several years, we have upgraded our technologies, which are now called SUSEP, MOSEP and RAWSEP. We supply them for processing sugar beet, raw cane sugar, as well as molasses. We called the sugar beet processing technology SUSEP, and the additional molasses processing technology MOSEP.

Many years of creative and labor experience have allowed us to develop technologies that radically change the sugar production process. Thanks to these two technologies, lime, carbon dioxide and sulfur compounds are no longer used in the sugar production process, the sugar has become purely organic without harmful impurities, and the sugar itself is extracted by 18-25% more due to better extraction and purification. No more by-products like molasses. The sugar that had not yet been extracted was called direct polarization sugar and became the main component of molasses. Our technologies change not only the principles of production, but also the quality of products. From now on, sugar is not only whiter, but also healthier, because it is organic sugar.
